Dragon Master Swain E bugged

Today, I was in a ranked game as Swain. Specifically I was using Dragon master swain. However I do not know if this is bugged for his other skins. When I hit lvl 2, I put a point into my E. When I used my E the animation was bugged. The hand came from the far back and i was partially invisible. It was difficult knowing where to land my E and it costed me my ranked game.
