Client "play button isn't working"

When I logged onto league, the updated client, I tried clicking play but it doesn't work. It turned to a gray color. Can anyone tell me when this happens? Any solutions to fix this?

I am also having the same problem occur. Not sure what's up or how to fix it though. I also know others experiencing this bug. item 3070
