Bug splat 24/7 during champ select/after game.

Its so annoying getting bugsplat then client reopen with circle loading, meanwhile u can hear timer but cant pick /lock champ and then u get 30 min dodge timer. This happened like 20x today so annoying, i even tried Hextech Repair tool didnt resolve problem anyone have any idea how to fix this?
