Client wont load champs in champ select.

Hey, this bug happened like 10 times on my journey here. I am playing since s5 and i love this game(only game i play), but client is hot mess atm. THIS BUG FORCES YOU TO DODGE BECAUSE NO CHAMPS ARE LOADED IN CHAMP SELECT. I don't mind -3 Lp but when you are in promo it really hurts and makes you wanna quit the game.
