Several bugs i came across (Included janna R not working)

• I press R on janna and ult doesn't go off, i was legit walking around spamming R and nothing happened, this happened me right now and i'm experiencing high fps drops in this patch and i know for a fact that many other players are experiencing the same fps issues (qtpie included)

• Being ulted by morde doesn't allow you to autoattack Krugs

• Y button sometimes locks the camera, sometimes not. Sometimes the alt+tab fix works, sometimes not.

• Having fps lag makes you put wards and generally register the cursor in the previous position where it was (even if the screen gets updated)

• Yorick Q activates Q2 even if i'm trying to lasthit the 4th monster (jungle) and so summons only 3 ghouls (sometimes)

• Krugs behaviour is sometimes completely random, i experienced this bug since they were introduced but people told me it's a feature™ and it was just me being bad if krugs walked into the bush/aggroed my top laner following all the way under turret/walking behind the wall and then remaining idle

• The shop is awfully unresponsive when it comes to buying items with right click

• Kalista autos, attack speed and jump speed are lower if you use attack move rather than right click

That's it, those are the few i remember, but i witnessed way more but never really cared to write them down, if i get the chance i'll update you with what i see.
