Lock in button staying grey during champion select

Recently my lock in button whenever in champion select has stayed grey so I am unable to lock in the champion I pick... anyone else getting this issue?

Yeah it happens once in a while to me since the last patch.

this normally happens to me when I pick a champ and then change runes and masteries I do the same as FillyCheezStaik (pick another champ and then switch back)
