Crash right before victory. Not even in my recently played, no ip, no mastery, the game never happen

Almost finished a game, no ping issues, but client disconnected and did not prompt for reconnect. Could access internet so it's gotta be server side. When client came to after relogging in, game wasn't on list of recently played and ip didn't change. Game never happened.
