Play as Twisted Fate PAX Skin Bug (Skin not owned)

I had an interesting bug the other day. I got to play as PAX Twisted Fate, but I do not own the skin. Steps to possibly repeat I was in a Normal Draft (New Champ Select). I had picked Tristana for an ally, and swapped champions. When the game Loaded I was using the PAX Twisted Fate skin. Variables that I know of. I traded Tristana (while having the Riot Girl Tristana skin selected) I was number 1 in pick order, my ally was number 4. This was not friend of mine, so I don't know if he had any TF Skins. I usually play using Jack of Hearts TF, so I'm assuming that would have been the skin that was auto highlighted for me, but I wasn't paying attention at this time. I assumed it was probably just my game displaying the splash art improperly so I had a friend spectate the game, and I def. was using PAX Twisted Fate. Other players in the game confirmed this as well. It was a cool bug, but a bug nonetheless. I will try to repeat this bug as much as I can (You know, to collect data.).
