Twisted Fate vs. Blind and Dodge
Twisted Fates pick-a-card can be dodged and is affected by blind. These cause it both to have no effect, and deal no damage.

yes that was a change intended and noted in the initial preseason update, just like renekton stun.
Yes. This is true; it's a consistency change since it was very problematic. (Nasus' Q went through blind, while Garen's Q did not; some effects applied CC but no damage, some did damage but no CC).
They changed this in this Patch http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-522-notes#patch-systems someone clearly didn't read everything.
