Can't Login to a New Account.

Well I just made a PBE account and was super excited to try it out. I get the PBE downloaded and try to login. I have the right username and password and when I click login it says that it's "incorrect". I report this to support but they haven't responded yet? What should I do, just keep waiting? [slayer-jinx-unamused]
