On a Macbook, Cursor moves all over the place while in game, makes clicking and moving an impossible

Ever since 7.9 dropped, my cursor won't respond properly to my mouse, it'll move quickly all over the screen making me walk into enemies or click on minions instead of tower or champs, and since I'm not on locked cam, it also messes with my camera, sending me all over the map. please fix it.
