Owning Dragonblade Riven Chroma Prevents Purchase of Skin

As it says- I can no longer acquire the skin itself, but I don't own it. I just own the chroma. This is... Annoying as all hell since I spent effectively 100% of the rewards from the event on a skin I can now never use.

Dragonblade Riven is a Legacy skin, It only comes out with events like the lunar event a few weeks ago. It is back in the vault so you can not buy it again, but you should be able to when it next comes out of the vault.

The skin is legacy, thats why you probably cant buy it. Its not available all year long.
