Continues Bug splats trying to connect to my Game (After Patch 5.3)

Prior to the patch 5.3 league worked perfectly, no problems at all. Then after patching 5.3, I had the 99% problem, and that fixed itself over one I just let it sit and patch itself. Then after all said and done, I try to play a match. I go through champion select, then just as the screen for the game pops up, it stays black then closes saying bug splat. Now this has happened in 4/5 games, and it's not working even in custom games I make myself. And each time I get a bug splat and can't connect to the game even though everything is working on my side (Internet is working, and my Computer has the requirements to play.) I don't know if I am the only one, but I can't play this game because of this problem and wondering if there is going to be a patch for it, or a way to play my games.
