Massive, annoying Darius bug.

There is a bug with Darius's ult that causes it to go on cd despite it not damaging a champion. It seems to happen when someone kills the champion you are ulting before you actually initially damage them with your ult. The game still seems to recognize the damage from your ult on an already killed champion, basically causing it to go on a full cd, but when you alt click your ult, in chat it says its off cd. This happened to me several times, but one occasion is when I ulted a volibear with 500hp, with full stacks and a 1200 true damage ult, and before I actually damaged voli with my ult, the jinx on my team killed him and my ult still went on full cd despite not damaging the champion, weird but game changing.
