Character jolt/stagger affect after being CC'd by a root, snare, or stun.
Title^. Example in the video I provided, fast forward to 7:09 (Mordekaiser v.s. Lux) and you'll see what I'm talking about. I hope the reasoning if this is explained soon or a solution is shipped because this is super annoying.. makes me think I'm not CC'd.. but I am.
