(GAMEPLAY)Nidalee can apparently stop jungle camps from moving using her passive hunt.

1.) go to river . 2.) throw a spear or force crab into your W. 3.) crab will seem to be stuck or frozen.

This can work on all jungle camps but works best with crab since it doesn't attack back. not really sure if it is a bug but I didn't hear anything about it.
