[GAMEPLAY][URF] Jinx's Super Mega Death 90 Second CD
Straight to the point, It says jinx's ultimate is 18 seconds of a CD, 90 seconds were shown. I wasn't able to cast it even when the 18 seconds were over. Had to wait the whole minute and 30 seconds.
Honestly I have no idea how to reproduce the bug, I've looked through the replay (lolreplay) and still have no idea why it just does that.
This bug/glitch only happened once.
I can upload the replay if anyone wants to see it. around 12:20 it happens.
