Sion Abilities Don't Work With Elixir [Gameplay]

On the new Poro King game mode, when I use on Sion, his Q and R will not trigger. Tried repeatedly over the course of the Elixir duration, but neither would work. They were not on CD, there was no CC on me (most of the time), and his W and E still worked just fine. was also fully functional. I did port to the Poro Guy via immediately after using the Elixir, dunno if that would have affected it.

Reproduction: Start a game of Poro King. Play Sion. Kick butt until you get bored and randomly buy an Elixir just because you wanted to see Enormous Sion rampage across the battlefield. Use . Win without Q or R.

This is the first time I've seen this bug, and the only time I've used on Sion.
