Graphics Settings bug

Hello everyone! I'm reporting a bug that I've seen for a few months now; this is actually my second report of it, but I'm hoping it gets fixed soon. This is what the bug is: Occasionally, when you change your graphics settings, the setting won't adjust right. For example, if you take a look at the screenshot below, my settings are supposed to be: Character Quality @ Very high, Effects Quality @ Very low, Shadows @ Off, and Environment Quality @ Very low. However, although this Warwick clearly has Very High graphics settings for his model (which makes sense due to the fact that that's what I changed my settings to), this Darius doesn't seem to have Very high graphics; in fact, his is actually the very lowest settings. Can you guys fix this soon? It bugs my OCD lol.

Edit: Nevermind; apparently I the paperclip icon which lets me post images to this isn't here anymore so I can't include an image! Sorry! Hope they add that back because I have no clue how to include an image to my posts now xD
