MASSIVE bug with Miss Fortune

Was just in a customs game versus Swain bot, and my movement speed passive was not working properly.

When he used his E OR Q, my movement speed bonus would NOT stop. I would still have 80 movement speed. This didn't happen every time, but enough times that I honestly think Miss Fortune should be disabled until it's fixed. His other two abilities DID remove the movement speed passive on my W, but his E and Q didn't remove it. I took pictures, but since they aren't video, they probably don't prove much:

Notice how the first picture is 18:25, and the second is 18:26, and my hearts are still apparent. Meaning, after a full second, my movement speed was still active. And since I'm sure you're thinking "Swain's E ticks infrequently, so that might have been it", well, then why didn't his Q do it either?
