[GAMEPLAY] Talon Ult Costs Additional 100 Mana to Close

If Talon tries to close his ult by casting it again, it will cost an additional 100 mana on top of the 100 mana required to cast the ult. However, using any other ability or letting the ult run out by itself in order to close the ult will not cost additional mana.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Pick Talon and cast his ult.
  2. Cast ult again and observe.

This is 100% reproducible as of Patch 6.6 in NA.
