Bug on Jhin

Well I cannot get the image of it, but when I throw Jhin's Grenade it will suddenly disappear when it hit the died target, the 3rd target or hit the cannon minion, the 4th hit will not appear and no damage, additionally the Grenade will not bounce back even there was a minion in the range. Why? The bug was appear at least 4 games already
