Didn't keep skin after ARAM skin boost
Idk if it was because league crashed before the loading screen. But i got back into the game around ~7 minutes. Also i still had the skin that was unlocked.

You don't get to keep those skins. They are temporary for one match only.
I think you need to rephrase that your game crashed between champ select (where someone purchased a skin boost) and the game loading - and when you loaded into the game the skin you picked from the skin boost was not the skin your champion had in game.
