[GAMEPLAY] Charging Varus's Q destabilizes ping.

Ping literally accelerates upwards or bounces around random numbers, sometimes rising to around 3000 ping, upon casting and charging Varus's Q. This occurs as often as 5 times every 6 Qs. I know this is not my internet because I've already restarted it like 5 times now, and I know that my ping always hangs at exactly 40 ping.

HOW TO DO IT: Pretty simple, all you have to do is get in game with Varus, and then press [ctrl+f] before testing it. Now hold Q, and you're set!
