"Lock in your champion" needs to be more explicit and in your face for necessary game modes

I've now dodged about 4 games over the last couple of days forgetting to read the 8 pt font that says, "please lock in your choice."

I would like to have a message screaming at me that I will dodge if I don't press one button. That makes more sense and that way it's clearly on me that I wanted to dodge because I ignored a very large, imposing, one-of-a-kind warning message that says I will be a despicable queue dodger if I don't lock in my champion choice.

That is all, I will put my soapbox away now.

So you have been forced to dodge 4 games in 2 days because you forgot to lock in a champion. Instead of asking for a change in the game client, just man up and stop blaming something for your own mistakes.

How about adding in the 6 other games that I was forced to remake from champ select because my teammates and opponents forgot to lock-in as well. And that this online applies to SOME game modes making it very unclear how one should act every time.

Maybe it was a blessing in disguise, do you want to gamble your LP on someone being on your team who cant concentrate for 2 minutes during champ select?

Yeah, that would count if ranked wasn't must lock in as well.

I can tab out in practically every game mode, why is this one different? Should I read the whole screen for random text that tells me what to do. This is common sense changes. Literally any other company would do this change, but not Rito because they know gamers so well. Us lazy pieces of shit like to click on stuff.

its as simple as not tabbing out till you've locked in and set your runes and sums, you get more than enough time to do that and usually have a decent amount of time after of waiting, tab out then

I'd actually prefer if the client would stop notifying me of things. I'm happy it flashes and makes a noise when I'm tabbed out and I didn't lock in, but why does the client HAVE to be on top of all other windows when there is five seconds left on the timer before the game starts? I've got everything set by then, and I just want to turn on some music to fit the champion I'm about to play. It's bad enough I had to hurry to turn the music on before the game comes up, now I have even less time before my screen is taken over.
