Tooltips now don't disappear when clicked! What a great feature!

Now I can see every tooltip on my screen at once! I'm loving it!!! Who needs to play when you can see your stats from lvl 1 and continually access them all the time. It's so great that they will stay up for the duration of the game so you never have to worry about mousing over them again!!!

Dear Rito, stop your schenanigans and fix this asap. Or at least contact me about it because I have valuable information about other bugs too. Alas you don't care sitting on your spaghetti plate of code. You would rather wait for the LCS meatball to fall on the floor and cry your sweet heart out over millenials moving on to better things. At least I care about you...fixing your damn shit.
