Nasus wither on Jayce hyper charge.

So since Jayce gains 2.5 attack speed for the duration shouldn't he get 2.5 attack speed regardless of what his current attack speed is? (obviously it can be reduced by item's/champions AFTER hypercharge's ability has been pressed) If Nasus withers him FIRST then Jayce uses hyper charge DURRING wither Jayce does not reach 2.5 attack speed, instead it is identical to Nasus withering him AFTER Jayce uses hyper charge.
