Braum W Bug When Used On Ally Champion

Yesterday while in a game, I noticed a weird interaction with Braum W and an Allied Champion. Braum Passive Stacks wore off, but while the bonus armor and magic resist was on his ADC, his ADC reapplied the stacks. Almost as if the ADC himself had Braum passive. I hesitated to post this because i wasnt sure if that was apart of Braum W Passive, but as far as i know it isn't. So, hopefully i discovered a glitch
