~Bard E Interaction With Player Created Walls~

I noticed when going against an Anivia as Bard (good 'ol Bard) I couldnt E through Anivia Wall, and a few times i couldnt Q someone to it. Not sure how it interacts with other peoples walls like Jarvan. I think Bard being able to E through it is a fine thing to add because it would be trading Cooldown for Cooldown.
