In 5.10 the Blakinola voice pack worked, and i didnt have to deal with the grandma for an announcer. Every since downloading 5.11 (today) it doesnt work. Maybe its just me, but i just thought i would throw this out there in case something about 5.11 ceases the Voice Pack from working.

I was able to reinstall the .wpk from the video and confirmed it working. (at least on NA) This is the first time I've had to do anything since October 2014!

korean voices not working as well.... ugh i hate the league announcer
I hope that they one day make the LoL announcer a bit like DotA's. MEGA KILL!!! HOLY SHIT!!! UNSTOPPABLE!
I don't think that's a Riot bug, I think that's a bug for whoever made your voice pack. You'll want to find a way to contact them.
Mine is working just fine, try reinstalling it
