AFK Penalty from a single Riot Connection Issue

I had a connection issue caused by Riot that prevented me from starting the game. When reconnecting, it would crash and give a link to riot support page that was not a clickable nor copy and paste-able. I automatically receive an AFK penalty from one start game issue that was caused by Riot's own client.

Remove AFK penalty or fix game entering connection bug.
