[BUG][GAMEPLAY] Rammus taunt not taunting.

Attempted to taunt Tahm Kench. After activating my taunt on him, he Qed and devoured me and walked away.

1. Press E on a target
2. pray it works.

happened at least twice that I know of in that game.
