[VISUAL] Dark Star Thresh still not fixed

Since it's release (i think?) DS Thresh has a minor but irritating, at least for me, bug. If he dies, no matter what was the cause - minion or champ or turret - after respawning he doesn't have his lantern/dark star visible, looking as he threw his "W" away, but never got it back. The only way to get it back is to use your "W", after which its back to normal. That is, until you die again. It's quite old bug now, and considering it's happening with a LEGENDARY skin I would expect anyone to fix it. I'm very surprised that it wasn't noticed by anyone who could fix it, DESPITE having a visual update. It was a perfect opportunity to try and fix it, but it didn't happen. Is there any hope for poor Thresh, who wants to hook the world into his nonexistent Dark Star?
