[GAMEPLAY] Vision bug after reconnecting

To replicate this bug you just have to start a game, then during a match just shut down your internet connection, then reconnect to the game without exiting (just wait when you see "attempting to reconnect" mesage). The area that was visible to your team (through wards, minions or other players) will stay permamently lighten up, like there is no fog of war for your team, but you won't have vision there. Enemy units will stay invisible, and then appear "out of nowhere" when they get to the actual line of your team sight. It can heavily disrupt the game, since you won't know if you have vision in certain location, or it is still the bugged area, and, as I said, the enemy WILL surprise you by coming out of the bright area that should be covered by fog of war (that you just can't see). I'm having this problem because sometimes i need to turn off and on my connection to get rid of massive lags. It is not problem with my network, but it sometimes works like that when i'm playing League.
