Thresh Legendary Skin Viual Bug (also some voice bugs as well)

The problem occurs after you die while using Dark Star Thresh skin. After reviving in your base, the lamp just disappears, except for little dot that usually flies aroud it. Even after gathering 40 souls (thus changing the look of the lamp) it still is missing.

The only way to get the lamp back is to use your W, after which everything is back to normal.

While im writing this, I want to also mention many missing voice lines from multiple champions, for example: Braum's dance laugh is rarely-ever playing, Pyke's taunt to allies is not working at all, and many Kai'Sa voice lines are just not triggering either (or I'm somehow super unlucky to never get it to work - for example eating the honeyfruit does nothing).

Can I please get a reply, at least like "We saw it, not gonna fix it soon, but we saw it"? Thanks a lot
