Question: [CLIENT] vs [GAMEPLAY] distinction?
This is a rather simple question: where is the border that separates [CLIENT] bugs from [GAMEPLAY] bugs? Is it that anything happening in the LoL Launcher program is considered [CLIENT], while anything in the actual fullscreen game is considered [GAMEPLAY]? Or is the distinction that [GAMEPLAY] bugs are anything that might affect the outcome of a game (i.e. damage numbers and interactions between abilities), while [CLIENT] bugs are anything that is apparent to only one player (i.e. tooltip errors)?
In the margin on the left side of this forum, if you scroll down you see:
- [Gameplay] - Champions, items, and game systems, etc
- [Client] - The air client, patcher, etc
- [Crash] - Bugsplats
I assume that "air client" means the LoL launcher. But that doesn't answer my question: which category do tooltip errors fall into?
