I know that is frustrating but I can't stop laughing.
Remember, Tencent Holding is only a multi-Billion small indie company and the League client is still in the beta phase.
We all remember when the new Chromium-based client being first announced, apparently being oh-so much better than the old, Adobe Air-based one, being coded from the ground-up and everything.
Then the client became a reality and stayed in its alpha stage for a while before it left alpha and entered its beta stage. This is of course all old news. However...the client never officially left the beta stage. So it's important not to demand too much of it even after how many years since its release.
This happened to me the other day as well. Had fun playing a AP mage with all Tank runes -_-
it's not a bug. it's a feature. So you don't lose sight of that pretty champion profile in the background with a stupid overlaying window with stupid runes.

Jokes asides, at least you can play, I had to restart my computer like 3 or 4 times before I could log in and/or play a game, because either the client says "You have no internet access or you use a VPN" while I was connected speaking with friends on Discord and no VPN, or I could log in, but it says that I couldn't log into the client because of login issues or even not play or create a party because "lol fuck you", it just goes into Coop vs AI by default like if it was a new account, with a warning sign on every single mode.
This season starts so well lmao

Yep, happened to me too lol. Couldn't enter chat as well, or change summoner spells or anything

Another bug that had been on PBE for quite some time, was fixed, re-appeared and ended up on Live servers even tho it had been reported many times. They really do not care about PBE, do they?
