Connection issues only in fights. Website goes down every time i disconnect as well.

Anyone else getting disonnects ONLY in fights? it also DCs me from any lol/riot website i have up at the same time when this happens. nearly every game the past 2 months. Riot hasn't formally announced it but i know they are aware of the problem losing me 100+ lp. Ive seen other people with the same issues.
