Skarner E (Crystal Venom) proc bugged when he is blinded.

Just played an ARAM, Then had a Skarner, I was Teemo, whenever he would go to proc Crystal Venom on a team mate I would try to blind him as to avoid the stun until my ally could get away.

However, it seemed that even though he was missing the auto, it was still consuming the mark, not dealing the bonus damage and not stunning them. I would have thought that the behavior would be:

• AA's miss, causing the mark to not be consumed, meaning he could proc it after the blind had ended. Or (less likely).
• AA's miss, mark is consumed, bonus damage and stun are applied.
