Bug - Champ select, create new rune page.

Had a scenario today where I was trying to create a new rune page before I selected and locked in a champion. Upon pressing the create button ( the little plus icon ) I went back to the champion select screen and nothing was pressable/highlightable/interactable.

I believe it had tried to show a window on top with the new rune page but it wasn't displayed. Thus making everything underneath this non-intractable window non-responsive. Time this happened on account Dragoshade @ 00:38 BST

It is worth noting that I could still tab between the different selection boxes (text chat, search bar. etc) even though I coudn't lock anything in. Resulting in the 5 minute ban.

Upon entering champion select the game after, when pressing the "edit" button, an empty window popped up as can be seen below: https://imgur.com/a/xoeN5
