[GAMEPLAY] Skarner consumes Crystal Venom whilst blinded without the stun

They had a Skarner, I was Teemo, whenever he would go to proc Crystal Venom on a team mate I would try to blind him as to avoid the stun until my ally could get away.

However, it seemed that even though he was missing the auto, it was still consuming the mark, not dealing the bonus damage and not stunning them.

Reproduce: -Skarner apply e -Teemo blind Skarner -Skarner auto attack (this consumes the mark , however no damage is done or stun)

The mark should still exist until the debuff runs out or is consumed by an auto that hits.
