sion e failing to send minions flying and ult sound bugg

when i use sion's e on minions that it would normally kill at the end of its magical journey through all his friends it instead immediately kills the minion. it doesn't happen all the time but it makes it really annoying to clear waves. also is glitch has only happened once but instead of instantly killing the minion it sent it flying but completely failed to apply damage to anything it hit on its path. And sion's ult sound for both mecha zero and normal sion keeps making the super inception noise after the first one and sometimes make the noise even when the ult ended.
