[GAMEPLAY] Veigar - Health bar is hiding AP^ icon from Veigar's Final Boss skin

When you kill a enemy champion, minion or large minion/monster with Baleful Strike, the health bar hides the AP^ icon (leveling Ability Power from Phenomenal Evil Power).

1. Kill enemy with Baleful Strike.
2. Look at health bar.
3. Health bar hides AP^ icon.

This also happens when you destroy 1/5th health of a enemy's turret.
