[Client/Crash] Team Builder lobby doesn't dissolve if an invited player disconnects
Last night, my friend's internet went out while setting up a Team Builder game, while we were already looking for players. Instead of the game ending the queue and returning to the home screen as expected, there was no indication of him disconnecting anywhere in the client, and I was still allowed to search for and accept players. The lobby only disbanded immediately when he logged back into League.
This is probably a sub-bug of the client's larger, longstanding issues with detecting when and how players are disconnected, but it's still worth pointing out.

- Anivia passive doesn't trigger if killed by Razorfins
- Vilemaw death timer not appearing
- Item Set construction doesn't properly label items' map availability
- Removed items are still displayed in Item Sets
- Zyra passive on quick cast is erratic
- Zyra can use trinket while in passive
- Inactive Heimerdinger turrets not damaged by Rift Herald
I will be bumping these threads periodically, though in a way that avoids flooding.
