Orianna game breaking bug ?

So I was in a normals match tonight, started completely fine but a few minutes into the game (Once I hit level 6) I could no longer cast any of my spells even after restarting my client.

I was pretty hilarious i ended up building on hit ap Orianna and it was fun but it wasn't fun not being able to be actually useful at all.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Its probably pretty isolated, thanks
