[Potential Bug] Shaco Ultimate interaction and Duskblade of Draktharr

So during my standard testing of things after a patch I ran into a very peculiar interaction between Shaco's Ultimate (Hallucinate) and Duskblade of Draktharr. The issue at hand is that the clone created via his ultimate has it's own separate CD on the Duskblade proc ontop of that his clones are each treated as different entities so each have a Duskblade proc available when used.

Now this may be a ton of extra power given to Shaco but may prove to be a bit too much as 25% CDR is a pretty common thing to get on him with most builds which give him a 1 min CD on his Ultimate and consequently a 1 Min CD for the Duskblade as well, and only becomes more insane at 40% CDR which puts him at a 48 second CD for his ultimate and by extension the Duskblade proc.
