[GAMEPLAY(tooltip issue)] Abyssal Scepter and other auras not showing range.

Normally when you hover over Abyssal Scepter or another aura item it will show the range of the aura's effect. This hasn't worked for the last few patches, I've tried every time I've had the item lately and it doesn't do it anymore even on the little aura buff icon.

Replicate: just have the item and hover over it in inventory or the buff and you won't seee the range anymore.

plz fix, its important to know for initiations.
