Champ Select Screen Freeze-Kick Bug

Hey guys

 So I've been noticing a lot of freezing during the champion select screen, and then getting kicked as if I'd left.  As you can expect, its put me into the time-out block status numerous times and cost me  a considerable of time just to get in a couple games.

 Once I even had what appeared to be a 1 second patch - the game literally said it was unavailable to play due to a patch, but it must have been instantaneous if it was legitimate.

 This is all very odd!
