Jungle item Poacher doesn't work
Smited a large monster and killed it, no movement speed buff and my smite CD isn't halved. Derp

Was it in the opponent's jungle?
Poacher only gets the bonus if it's in the opponent's jungle, which is why it's intended to be the premier counterjungle item.
I hope this item doesn't become the new "THRESH DUN PROC RELIC SHEELD EXECOOT" =\
Pro tip: So long as you smite the big minion in the enemies jungle this item works. The smite itself doesn't have to get the kill for the halved CD/speed boost. Just smite at start and kill normally and once the big minion dies you get your boost.
