Not getting Rengar 3rd trophy
It was Riven mid. I killed him and didn't get Trophy.
Then I went bot and got 2 assist, got the first 2 trophies.
Killed Riven again, didn't get it.
Killed her again, then got it.

This needs more context.
They have to die within 1 second of being damaged by you to get the bonetooth necklace. An example where that might not happen is if you get turret dived, and you kill them from your own turret killing them after you die, and after the 1 second window. Another example which is similar is if they die to minion damage after the 1 second window.
